After the Initial Session, you have a choice of one hour or half-hour workouts with the trainer. These sessions are one on one. You will be instructed in proper form and your program will be designed according to your needs.

The above package prices are available to clients who train a minimum of 2 times per week.
Many of our clients prefer to train strictly with their Personal Trainer, however for those of you who wish to eventually train on your own, we also offer an Open Membership. To qualify members must have completed 10 training sessions. It is our experience that it takes most people a minimum of 10 sessions to get the feel of handling the weights, adjusting the equipment, and becoming familiar enough with the exercises to be comfortable on their own.

The membership fee includes one personal training session each month and a new routine. Muscles adapt very quickly to a routine. The exercise program needs to be revised regularly to continue making rapid progress. This variety also helps to keep you mentally stimulated. The monthly training session is included to assure that you understand the new exercises, and to watch that your form is correct.

Body Composition Testing

Includes a two page printed readout explaining the pounds of muscle, pounds of fat, percentage of fat, and the ideal bodyweight for your age and height. If you need to lose fat, it tells you how much you should lose and how long it would take if you follow the recommendations on the printout.
